Direct 3D error

When i click the start game button and after the GG updating..
its error..just show a white screen and it say Direct 3D &&#*@ (an unreaden word)
i have installed the newest DirectX but it still like that.

i have this problem after i reformat all my data on my laptop..and i copied sealED from my computer..

maybe someone can help my problem
