Error when i try to start playing

Hey...i got an error when i press the start button after the character selection....it just autoclose the game and got a message saying error...the data may be lost..and i d k what it could be...:s

hmmm,I've never got this error(so strange because i had like 23496234 errors)
the only i can tell you is unisstall rohan,reset pc,and install it again maybe with luck it should be solved(or like i had 1362487 times is have another error jaja).

So many people like me having this same problem and nobody has a fix yet? I can still log my buffer account but not my main and it seems nobody cares to address this problem.
