Regarding your report:

*) That is a problem that is still under investigation, because, despite the fact that certain players report this and indicate that it always happens as soon as you log in to your character and enter to the Lamp of Flames, the same does not happen to others. In any case, to solve the problem, in case it happens to you again, follow this steps:

1) Use your Bunny Pet or any pet with a similar feature
2) Port out
3) Come back to the place and it should be solved.



We will continue to investigate the exact source of this issue for some players.
