crash after mainpage loading

i just installed again this seal, everything is okay then when mainpage loading the game suddenly force closed.
some one can tell me what happen here and how to fix it.

*my laptop graphic card is rtx 3050 and window 11 system

i also have the some problems, my laptop specs is i7 nvidia RTX 2050 RAM16GB
the game always force close in loading screen. I tried to set the game as administrator and set to compatible win7, winme, XP, Vista, W8 but still comes out force close in loading screen. Please GM fix this prob ASAP. thanks
