Actually, we do not have to blame the PH server about not announcing any about the said merge or transfer. It just happen that it suddenly closed down and the ph server cannot cope up with the transfer announcements. Let's just be positive. We all know what you feel if you can no longer transfer your character. But still, me as well is hoping that there will be an extension for us to transfer the characters that left from the ph server.
