I still get DC twice a day

When I log in after I got DC, I can't use party/friend/couple system even megaphone!!!

this issue has been in the game for 2~3 years and you guys still can't fix it????

I got DC today too.. alot that i forget how much
I've always got freeze anywhere like stuck on something before it was dc by it self.
It's happen on Duran Ch.1 or Ch.2 it was the same.
My connection is fine, this issues already happen in 2 days.

this also happened on arus too tried to ping directly to sealonline, it looks good

Are you using any VPN? If you are, I suggest changing server of the VPN and test your in-game connection.

I don't use VPN at all

Maybe try using a VPN to counter is. I've yet to face that issue since I'm using a VPN to have a better connection to the server.

I suggest, Exitlag or WTFast if you want to try using either to attempt to temporarily disable that problem.

but this issue is not the player's problem, it's the game's problem

and GM's team or engineer's team has to fix it
