Hello , Rohanians wanna ask for video ... what Rank Shot Skill do on ScouT Class ... after balance patch uffcourse ...

Uhhhhmm deal damage based on weapons lvl? Same as Rangers Rank Shot. Kind of useless IMO. Just go for your basic skills all AoEs, Drill Shot and double shot from your first tree.

and bro just ask for video because Ranger when use skill Rank Shot can't move .... its same for ScouT ?

If you are casting the skill the animation takes some seconds to cast then you can move. It is the first time i hear this O.o
Only Siege Shot roots you in place.
