Missing multiple characters?

Hello everyone, was just wondering if anyone could help me out here. I just started playing Rohan again yesterday after 4 years and I seem to be missing multiple characters. They're not sealed and I've checked every server a few times to see if they were there. I've had no luck in finding them. I'm missing around 4 characters all of which are level 50/60+. Luckily I do have my main Warlock but I've been wanting to play my Giant which is one of the missing ones. Well, if anybody has any tips on how to fix this I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, I've already sent a ticket about it but I wanted to see if anybody knew what the problem was.

Did you check all servers?
Had anyone else access to your account?
Was anything sold/bought on your account while you were inactive?
