    sir how to fix always disconnected, Im at europe, and all cant login, dubai too.. just indonesia can logi, Already use all vpn but still stuck

    Description: For some accounts, after logging in, players find themselves stuck indefinitely on the character loading screen. This means they are unable to access the game or select their characters. Other players can successfully log in and view their characters, but as they attempt to select a character to play, they are disconnected from the game before they can fully load into the game world.

    This can have multiple causes, but it is mainly related to the ISP (Internet service provider) in most cases. Please provide the GMTeam with the following information through any official channel (Ticket, Discord, Facebook)

    1) IGN (Name) of your character(s):
    2) Type of message you're getting: (Error 5101 / Error 100 or other)
    3) Country or Region:
    4) Do your nearby friends or players face similar disconnection problems? (Yes/No):
    5) ISP Provider (Indihome/Telkomsel/Other):
    6) Have you conducted network tests (ping tests, speed tests) to check your connection's stability, is your connection OK? (yes/no)
    7) Your IPv4/IPv6 Adress according this webpage: (https://whatismyipaddress.com/)


    Suggestion: If you can use a VPN or your cellphone internet as backup, kindly check if the same issue persists.

    Description: Usually when you have this type of error it allows you to access the game, but you have a lot of delay/lag and you can usually disconnect several times during your playing session in this case we strongly recommend to check your Ping & Packet Loss using the following method:

    HOW TO CORRECTLY CHECK YOUR PING/LATENCY AND PACKET LOSS TO THE OFFICIAL ROHAN SERVERS

    FOR WINDOWS 10/11
    1) Open Resource Monitor directly from your task bar:

    2) In Resource Monitor, go to the "Network" tab, and check on the rohanclient.exe. Next, focus on the "Latency (ms)" and the Packet Loss (%).


    Note: In case you're using the optimized version please checkmark the rohanclient_opt in the Task Manager. (1 check for every client)


    In case of High Ping (Latency):
    If your ping is consistently above 200-300ms, you might have lag and this DC issue. Check your internet connection for stability, close background applications, and use a WIRED CONNECTION to lower your latency.

    If you notice packet loss:
    (e.g., 5% packet loss), this can also lead to disconnections. To address this:
    -> Check your router's health and ensure there are no physical cable issues.
    -> Consider a higher bandwidth Ethernet connection for greater stability.
    -> Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) Technical Service to investigate and resolve the packet loss issue.




    If none of the recommended measures improves the situation, please send a GM through any official channel (Discord, Ticket, Facebook, Instagram) the following template:

    1) IGN (Name) of your character(s):
    2) Screenshot/Evidence:
    3) Region:
    4) ISP Provider (Indihome/Telkomsel/Other):
    5) Ping and Packetloss Values:
    7) Your IPv4/IPv6 Adress according this webpage: (https://whatismyipaddress.com/)
