    Time Warps for sale? is it legal?

    Hi, I keep seeing many time warps for sale these days.
    I heard from my friend that it's illegal, but when I ask around, some people said it's legal.
    Can someone from the higher ups gives confirmation about this?
    As I'm pretty interested in it, but I didn't dare to touch it yet.
