    High level quest manager stop giving quest

    hi i am lvl 73 with 38960 fame and high level quest manager stop giving me quest is this normal?

    Yes it's normal. There will be a point where the NPC will not allow you to take fame quests anymore but I forgot if it is based from your Level or your fame.
