Please Help cannot login into character

Hi GM,

Please help me, i cannot login into my character (Blitz007).

Chronology: when i'm hunting on Ice Castle Floor 3rd, and suddenly my screen change into loading screen and seal application has been closed automatically after few second.
after that, i try to re-login with same character but seal always closed automatically.

Note: i can login use another character in the same ID.

Please help me about this issue. Thanks in advance.

Please be aware that at this time you should be able to log in and freely move your character around the game. We have teleported your character to Elim to be sure.

If you are still having an issue, please let us know immediately so we can investigate further.
