    Char Stuck, Items disappeared, cant loot items

    is it only me get this kind of error suddenly?
    i cannot loot items
    "u can not get this item"
    char keep freezing, stuck, disconnected
    but when i tried to login with other id
    no problem at all

    need your help, please check my char
