The memory could not be "read"

I changed the resolution to full hd and closed the game... now when i try to log in at character that i changed the resolution i cant play but when i create other character i can play normal, i already reinstalled the game and cleared the temporary files and cokies and doesn't work. what is happening?

It's annoying I get this error too sometimes, but a relog fixes it. Old post but, did you manage to fix it?

If you did, could you post how you did it? Incase people have the same error ^^ Thanks.
