I have been attempting to buy some Golden Keys lately but have failed. I have JCPlanet Seal Online account.

The golden chest keys are not in the Item mall - so i cannot buy it there. (They are supposed to be?)

I have tried to purchase keys on the website at that has not worked as well, however, I am still able to purchase other things.

Another problem is that it says I have 0 coin balance when I try to buy tokens for grabbit, when in reality, I have more than enough. Need help. Please. Important
