I need help with my Char (Cutesniper)

1st, i want to Finish my Quest (EP 1).

but i got a problem with 1 Quest (Record Of Duran).

i am already read and try so many way from internet.

They write, if u want finish a Record Of Duran Quest u need to talk with NPC (Prell, Sohn, Elston).
but i cant do that..

now i cant finish my Quest Record of Duran..
