what happened to all the skills that only apply to lvl 99 characters, skills like revive, karma, and suicide and im sure others but i dont care. when will these skills be fixed to apply to the lvl cap increase and if they wont can i have some free skill resets and whatnot so i can get my wasted points back and my SES i waste as well ty
