Problem with Old ID,please help GM Team

Dear GM Team,

First of all i want to ask about my old ID, i played seal from the first time Seal Online Evolution from 2007-2010, and now i want to ask why i cannot use my old ID?
i'm using same ID and password, is it true that after wiped i cannot use my old ID?
Please answer my question,

i think if you play before they joined the server you need to migrate your id and they already total wipe 2 times since the server has being duran.
