getting twins back?!?

i bought a char for the EM and the guy who sold it said that i can get the twins back by asking the GM's.
any1 knwo how to get them back?

when you open rohan web site on the top you have "SUPPORT" just click there and send a ticket teling the char name the day you bought and hope GMs restore your item, some times they are a bit lazy and dont restore all the items bound too that char that the old owner had too delete too put the char on sale.
