Can't download client version past the 252 version [Auto Patching]

Good day,
First i just started downloading the client from the download center and run it and installed in on [D:] and i cant seems to update it past the 252 version and i tried it again and it started again from version 248 to 249 and the previous download didn't saved.

i've tried around 6 times already and even moved it to [C:] and still didn't have luck.

Wish that someone could help me regarding this matter and if possible maybe a manual patch on download center or something, because the client there seems outdated a lot...

And can someone tell me the current version right now as of 23 june 2018?
