Hello,
Try to check your email adress on wich you have the paypal account ( Spam folder ) you got an email from rohan wich ask you to confirm your transactions.
I think this happens when you use 2 different email adresses ( they cannot link them ) , one for rohan and another one for paypal.
then you have to confirm your transaction.
just give them a replay that you made the paymenth, and confirm that the email adress is yours, after that everytime will work.
