    In-game ItemMall failed(Log-in failed message) (INFORMATIVE 📜)

    hi there when ever i click the icon of ItemMall in game it always says Login Failed - how to fix pls

    Possible Causes:
    Cached Data: Sometimes, cached data or cookies in the integrated browser can cause login issues.
    Security Settings: Internet Explorer's security settings might block or interfere with the login process.
    Session Timeout: If the player remains idle for too long, the session might expire, leading to the error.

    How to Solve It:
    1) Relogging: simply relogging usually resolves the issue. This action refreshes the session and clears any temporary glitches.
    2) Clear Cache and Cookies from Classic Internet Explorer: Players can try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
    3) Adjust Security Settings: If the problem persists, adjusting the security settings of Internet Explorer to a less restrictive level might help.
