    slow respond from gm

    i cant download patch in client game
    the download stuck in root_0.114

    the text is " root_0.144.zip file download failed"

    can someone help me to fix this error ?

    THAT is the only place where you will get answers to questions like yours. Don't spam the forums with it. Just create a support ticket and wait until they respond to you.

    FYI GMs provide support Monday -> Friday. On weekends they are far away from this game spending time with their families and friends.

    There are 3 download links from their site. Have you tried all of them? Also, PenguinJoe is right. They don't work on weekends so just wait.
