That's just it. He posted real life info about someone other than himself. It might be fine by you, but YNK can still get hit really hard for it.

There are extremely tough international privacy laws that govern sites like this. They are expressly forbidden to publish your personal information without your consent. They can't really stop you from posting your own since that in itself constitutes your consent. In that case they have the defense that you posted your own info. That is not illegal under the site privacy policy and international law.

If someone else does it though, YNK does not have that defense and they get into deep trouble themselves because they are violating their privacy policy. Internet privacy is a really serious matter!
