issue with booting exe

i finish my patch of the game and then it goes through the security thing and this pops up.create device failed 8876086a.i dont know how to fix it so i came here in hopes that someone had the same issue and got it fixed but from what ive read this error message hasnt been mentioned.

Never heard of it either. Did you turn off your firewall and run the game as admin?
