Is there a way to recover Guild Master and Reset Guild Bank Password?

This is my Guild and my Real World Friend, but for some reason, All my Friend has been Inactive and never logged in to the game almost a year.

I've tried to ask them to play again but they already forgot their account, including everything related to the Guild.

Is there a way for me to claim Guild Ownership if the Guild Master has been Inactive for almost a year?
