my friend received free pet, costume, LVL 70 all weapon and lots more in his merge inventory buy my char didn't receive anything

Every now and then there are events that last for a few weeks and allow you to get these items for every newly created character, last such event only just finished yesterday.
If you created your char today, you won't receive the items, you'd need to carry on without them or wait for the next event
