Regarding your concern about OS + CS Combo:

* Please be informed that the (OC + CS) cannot be used simultaneously in REV at the moment. Players can only use one skill at a time or wait until the first skill has expired before using the other.
* We know that this limitation is bothersome for players, especially when trying to grind bosses with more efficiency.

We're currently gathering feedback on this regard to make necessary adjustments and improvements in future class balance updates.

* Some players are trying the DEX Guardian Build:
* Although is true that you Sword mastery scales of str only, said scaling may be ignored & preferably using a sword and dagger combination over dagger and shield because Aimed Blow gives off-hand dagger 10% crit at lvl 7.

The reason why is simple, latest balance patches made OS strong as old CS/OS together.

You will deal more DMG just by OS than past CS/OS together.

I can share you my HK set up if you finding issue's with setting up perfectly a guardian.
