    It'd be best if you provide the info on which server you play on , what kind of guild (pvP / pvE oriented), main language spoken - perhaps availability of TS or other kinds of communication, etc.
    Keep your friends close - your farmers closer

    I'm making my own guild soon.

    its only English speaking people, who loves to RPK and kill everyone. 24/7 MR, plenty of crones to share, utilize TS, vent, and RC. PM Success in game if your interested

    no bishassness allowed.

    You might want to check out how guilds work in this game and you will find out what are the requirements to keep yourself accepted in guilds that are Mainly PvP oriented.
