It does not indicate me the quest that I need to do the quest... On having spoken with the NPC he does not say to me that I must do quest. I am sure that I choose the correct ones.

Oh for NPC's.
Try talking to the NPC's located within Rev'Deca - typically the ones around the King. They should offer the quest. Pay attention to NPC names in the dialogue. Level 20 I think is the general.
