ISEN achievement system reward

cannot exchange points for rewards, error with the site..
this is what it says

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

The OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI" for linked server "BBSDB" does not contain the table ""RohanGameInfo"."dbo"."TnewEventCharInfo_backup"" . The table either does not exist or the current user does not have permissions on that table.

You are unable to obtain prize until you reach level 50

but my char is already at level 77

pls fix it, the event is ending soon and we might not be able to exchange points to rewards because of this problem,, pls fix asap

this problem still not yet fxed up until now.. fix asap pls before the ISEN event ends

I am having the same problem . Says I am not lvl 50 so i can't use my points. I have 2 lvl 75 toons on the account I am trying to use the points on. Please fix this issue. Thanks.
