    New Accesories lvl 90 questions

    Hi there, i did not play this game for a year or more... and i see they add something new, i mean that new accesories:
    - what are they? xD
    - are they permament?
    - can they be upgreaded?
    800 stat + 8k hp/mp is kinda OP

    There is a PVP Defense : + 20% I'm not clear how it works, has a similar effect with Damage drop or what effect it has?

    Someone with more knowledge can explain me more precisely?

    how to upgreade them? like normal accesory? (reinforce stone? or how was they named) or we need special IM item do do it?

    PVE rings from ED are good when you farm vs monsters in ED or Mirror dungeons, Rings from badge Center with PVP defense are good when you play any battle like power arena or casual player vs player - thug life

    you can use ARS stones but success rate is lower than crap... its impossible to make +6 ervything more than +4 is 100% fail
