Missing Rubies and money bag

Dear GM

I have claimed my VIP's rewards (Knight) on 24th January 2015. I got those items which are sent into my item bank but i didn't get those Rubies and the Money Bag (10 rubies, 300K money bag).Please fix this problem and sent the items into my bank.
