Please FIX Still Connected bug even client already closed but still ...

i can't login almost 8 hours because the character still connected !
this happen when my connection drop ex modem restart / ip changed
please fix this bug it's really annoying.
last time, we can force logout the connected character but not now, why ??
what happen if our account got hacked and we can't forced the account logout ???
