were from ASHKELLEN, then all of sudden i DC, then when i relog, all my items were lost even crones... what happen? no one knows about my Password, and i played myself only at home..pls help GM asap... thankyou advanced

It sounds like be hacked, then please update your Password, Shop-Password and Security Question & Answer first.
Then contact us via ticket.

I presumed you purchased at another server that you're not playing at there. You can check it at https://shop.playrohan.com/MyTrade/ShopingList.html
