I have the same problem as well, and have done all of the following to try to solve the issue just as the previous post and I have went through all of the resolutions but it still remains the same. I'm a returning player and I never had this problem before.
Have you deleted all the files with the extention .set in the rohan folder?

I'm currently researching the cause of this issue.
This issue might be caused due to several reasons such as:
Having a faulty HDMI or VGA cable
Some Windows Settings being randomly modified
Not having the proper monitor refresh rate
Using a TV as monitor
This is not a game related issue, however it can be caused due to certain settings not being properly set.
To better assist you guys with this issue I would require this information:
GPU "Graphics Card you use":
Operating System you use:
Once I get this information I'll investigate a bit more about what can cause this issue. If I am unable to provide a proper solution I'll make sure to
get dev team involved in the resolution of this problem.
I know where this come from because I do use the blurry texts intendedly to get higher fps. If I remember correctly, it is linked with anti-aliasing settings from the gfx card.Hey there guys,
