    Unable to use Skills

    Just Started a New human and I'm unable to use any of my skills so far i cant use taunt as I'm not in a party but the buffs and element skills i have just give me unable to use the skill in the dialogue box in the bottom right

    I have the same issue I just made a Dragon Fighter and I'm level 8 and have 4 skills on my action bar can't use any just says 'unable to use the skill' ???

    Please be informed that if you are in the tutorial zone you will not be able to use skills.
