    GM`S What Is Goin On With IP Merchant

    This is BS gm`s need to fix IP npc dont giving max stats and they said is fix and is a lie wtf i dont need a 14 or 19 stats on my weapon wtf when was only Serpent was max stats now u **** it with that **** no max stats

    It looks fixed, I tried it for armours and got 48-49 pdf. For weapons it's not fixed then or?
