Costume wardrobe

I'm planning to sell my character but I want to keep its costume. Is that even possible? If I store it in my costume wardrobe can it still be accessed by my other characters? or it will just get deleted?

If you sell your character which had Costume at Wardrobe, the costumes would be transferred with character as kind of bound item.
