i just buy these package but its not on my merged inventory but my rps is deducted for the price of 149 rps... is your item just joking or what? i spend my money for what? how can i redem my item purchase?

Hello Diego, Have you purchased the Soulstone Pack in Ran and Jin but you play in Isen? Make sure you are playing in the correct server.
If you did not intend to purchase items in Ran or Jin make sure to contact support!
