We found what the issue is and no "hacking" was made to RPs or items. And it did not come from the Philippines for those who are witch hunting.
I can't really give the details of what happened, what accounts were involved etc. But I can assure that this was looked upon as soon as it started happening and the rightful sanctions are being made.

If no "hacking" of items or RPS happened, but still was an "issue" with rightful sanction made, then it's involving a GM who loaded rps onto one account or several accounts, or bought the items, or involving the hack of a GM account.

I don't see another possibility involving 1.5 million rps being fueled in the EM.
