i'm always get this error

Make PAK Failed, please do not edit the PAK failed,bla bla bla

i'm reinstalled it for 5 times, but the I just got the same error.

and if I'm change the SPAK file to PAK. The seal will be crash, and can't logged in. Just white screen,etc

Help me to update the new patch.. already awit for 5 hours still cant start game.

It seems like a lot of ppl getting this problem, yet the GM havent respond to this. I have tried to re instal it like 5 times but nothing works. GM tell me to delete my game guard folder but it also didnt work.
