regarding rainbow flavored candy, i tried fishing without using rod. the result: catfish, a fish that used for sub quest (idk what quest), ruby, and some equipment that can be sold for around 73.000 cegel, oh and gold carp

Both items, DG and +12 refinement ticket are for normal items only.

one said Normal item only the other special and normal item,
huft...
no wonder many players has been banned for unknown reason.
take reply to a simple ticket for a weeks.
and cheaters are everywhere

If the refinement ticket can be used for spec item, then +12 ticket should be able to refine spec items too!!
this way, ur RUINING ur ways of making money, because people would stop buying ASTB2/even vulcanus.
now ur source of money would be only from marble/golden chest/grabbit/box events.

Please be informed that only the DG Refinement ticket will be for special and normal items, not the +12.
Additionally, know that all the players that have been sending tickets these last days have been notified by the news. That's why we kindly suggest players send a ticket when have some doubts.
