I lost my pet due to death , I accidentally fell asleep.
Pet Name : Fly Kitsune
Refine : +9
2nd Option : Offensive Damage Increase 2 %
Did you have pet feeding bag : No
What food were you feeding it : red potion or blue potion i guess (forget)
What map zone did it die : Ice Castle
What were you doing when it died : i was leveling for my B-pet, and fell a sleep
What Character name had this pet : Voegel
How did you get your pet (trade/evolve/etc) : trade with my Fly Mandragora +9 2nd option Unapp
Server : Duran
Last time i saw my pet live : 10.00 am (PST) / 19.00 Berlin Time (Germany) 15.11.2016 (i am not sure, because i forgot the time when i fell a sleep )

i have prepared 5k rps to purchase restoration letter after i get permission from you guys. (need a fast response because iam ready with RPS)

i sent a lot of tickets like 4 days a go, no response at all..
I am confused, to whom I could report this problem ?
