What is that mean? wrong information bout eligible character? only a new character that eligible for this event, or what?

I created a new character and now it reached level 100, but i didn't get any time warp (white). Every new character should get 10 time warp (white) after the new character reached level 100, i check both mail and item bank but i still didn't get any time warp, is it bug? fix that ASAP!

so it means now for everyone who already reach lvl 251 will only get the prize for lvl 251? And the prize sent after the event ends? Please explain clearly.. Don't change the term and condition without exact explanation..

It is so ambiguos. What is the meaning of the second point "Prizes are not accumulative. If you already have a character with a higher level, you will not receive the previous level prizes. You will just obtain the prizes for the levels you achieve with your new character after this event starts.". Any character that created after this post is published must be lv1, right? So, that point is meaningless. Please explain it clearly!

not fair...i have lvl 1 char before MT, you know bank char , i already moved my IM Costume there and start leveling ..and suddenly no rewards for you if u have it before MT, only compensation
GM only gives hopes, not solution if i know that i cant use old lvl 1 char, i will create new id and lvl that id to get those lvling rewards, i waste my time to lvl this char and all i can get is compensation GG *applause

Since so many players affected (including myself) by GM's misinformation, then just stick to the original post. I am sure this will make many players happy rather than giving out compensation (as usual..) . We are not kiddos GM !

i saw in some seal grup on social media someone literally selling 25 pcs of corrupted set armor , do you know how they got that easily? they're using cheat , u know what? there are many ppl bought cheat subscription from gebe sral (gebe-seal.com) , 1 month subscription for only 13$ and they're using secretly u cant see them , ironically they exploit this event to get those armor and what more surprising in one day they can get many set per day.
more over this equip are tradeable and u know what will happen?
they selling those in real money!! i can see the future of this game already.
u guys will regret it if not taking serious action.
begin from make this equip untradeable and begin to suspend new character in same IP.
