While our technicians are looking into the matter they have asked for some more information. They are requesting the whole GameGuard file be provided to us. This will track the specific errors that your account is having in regards to the game. If you can please provide us this folder we will be able to determine the cause of this problem much easier.

Yes, you all need to upload your whole gameguard folder.
Copy it on a new folder
zip it
send it through ticket (attach file)
Sory newbie in this case how i suposse send through ticket ( attach file ). My gg zip 8mb zise pls sum1 teach me.
I have this problem also
i can't be troubled to go dive in my maps/files to find things like these.
I didn't learn for softwaretech' if i did i would have worked at microsoft HQ/
