    Yea pretty much. That's why I said the guide wasn't out-dated aside from the new skills. Waiting to update text on the new skills once images on the skill trees become available, though.     Double Strike 2 vs SW 2 is kinda personal preference. In terms of grinding, Double Strike will be more beneficial, especially early game where you're soloing more and really need that extra damage on the fly for killing mobs before they get to you. For a new player's sake, which was the targeted audience of the guide, it's a better choice to go with DS.

    That type of stuff can be disputed with a lot of skills among many classes, though. It really depends on the player and what they're looking at for their future (Early PvP potential, grinding, what gear they have, past skills playing the class, etc.).
