    My Character cannot enter ice castle

    before major update yesterday, my character is fine
    but since major update my character cannot enter ice castle anymore,
    whenever i kill "mini bell" it show notofication says "you have failed the quest"
    but i never take any ice castle quest yet
    i confuse how to enter there

    I get an issue here. my character just enter warp at Sevis Town then i directly get disconnected from server. soon after that i tried to login but it say " The ID already connected .."
    fyi i played at my leptop at home that i doubt my id was illegaly logged by strangers. please help me. thanks for your care.

    Anyone know how to reinstated character? All my character in my ID (server Duran) is gone. I don't know why, i never log in for almost a year (april 2016) and when i log in yesterday, all is gone. Please help me..
    or anyone know how to contact GM? thx before..
