so, what's the point of holding this event then? isn't it supposed to encourage ppl to grind well so they can get those Blessed Diamonds? besides, it's not like they're cheating or using any illegal 3rd party program, they put a lot of effort to join the event.
or, at least, make the regulations PROPERLY & CLEARLY concerning this event.

Make new 1000 new id in 2 days?

Just block 1 week.. let see are they really making id to play or the new ids just to exploit the event..

Btw.. the party system need to be fixed..
