ODI or DDI on Taiwan Sports Star (Permanent Costume) is not funtional

i know abnout it donthave the ODI option, my problem is = You Never explain about the different damage Decrease with Defensive Damage Increase!! if WE got this Explaination, we dont want to spend so much RPS on GRABBIT , i feels like gett FRAUD.

Hi, the damage decrease and increase given in this costume is not the same as ODI and DDI, for this reason, you may feel it does not function as you expect.
